Curaçao B2B supplier licence under the LOK
The LOK created a separate supplier licence for companies that provide critical services or goods to gaming operators, in or from Curaçao. The Curaçao Gaming Authority issues it directly and lists suppliers on a public register. Most of the operator rules apply to suppliers too, including the local substance rules that start to apply on 1 April 2027.

Questions we get
Do suppliers need a separate licence from operators?
Yes. The LOK has a distinct supplier licence (Article 5.13) for critical services or goods. Holding a B2C licence in the group does not cover a separate supplier company.
What is the annual supervisory fee?
The LOK sets the supplier levy in euro, but the CGA's later invoicing guidance has been reported in US dollars. We confirm the current figure with the CGA before quoting it.

Curaçao local substance requirement takes effect
On 23 January 2026 the Curaçao Gaming Authority announced that the Minister of Justice had granted a general extension of the local substance requirement in Article 5.12 of the LOK, so operators do not need to meet it before 1 April 2027. Licensees should use the time to plan local management, staff and premises.
