Legal documents and policies
Contracts, website policies and full regulatory policy suites drafted for your licence and your actual business.
We draft and review the documents a regulated business runs on: commercial contracts, customer-facing terms and the policy suite a regulator reads during an application. Every document is written for the specific licence, jurisdiction and business model, not adapted from a generic template. Where a formal legal opinion is needed, we coordinate licensed local counsel.

How it runs
- Step 1ScopingWe confirm the licence, jurisdiction, business model and which documents the regulator requires, and collect any existing drafts.
- Step 2DraftingWe draft against the applicable law and regulator guidance, citing the provisions each policy addresses.
- Step 3Review with your teamYour management and key function holders review the drafts so the documents describe what you will actually do.
- Step 4Finalisation and board adoptionWe finalise the documents and prepare the board resolutions that adopt them.
Questions we get
Can you reuse our existing policies?
Yes, where they are sound. We review what you have first and rewrite only what does not meet the requirements of the target licence.
Do you draft in languages other than English?
We draft in English. Where a regulator requires another language, we arrange translation and review the translated version for consistency.
