Trademarks
Clearance searches and trademark filings for your brand in the markets where you operate.
A brand that cannot be protected, or that conflicts with an existing mark, becomes a problem after you have built on it. We run clearance searches and manage trademark filings in the jurisdictions you operate in, working with local trademark attorneys where registration requires them.

Questions we get
When should we file?
Before the brand is public, and ideally before you commit to it in licence documents, domains and marketing.
Does an EU trademark cover the UK?
No. Since Brexit, an EU trademark does not cover the UK, and a separate UK filing is needed.
